From table 1, it can be seen comparison among companies in property industry. BKDP is suffering lost.

DILD has the smallest PER (8.63), which is the cheapest one among others.

Table 1 only shows the comparison among companies. This information is not a recommendation to buy the stock.

Relative valuation helps trader/investor to compare one company to its competitors. To make it simple, the one with the lowest PER can be considered as the cheapest one. The target price will be the average PER (industry PER).

Table 1 shows that ANTM and TINS are undervalued by the market. NIKL is overvalued.

NOTE: PER shows people expectations about the stock. If the PER is low, people expect that the company's growth in the future will be slow. If the PER is high, people expect that the company's growth in the future will be high.

There are concerns about European countries' debt. Just like a year ago, Greece is having difficulty to pay its debt. Other European countries try to persuade German to help Greece to pay its debt. It can be seen as another bail out episode. Many people afraid that there will be domino effect if Greece defaults. Greece is just the beginning. There will be other European countries such as Portugal and Ireland that will face the same problem. USD is getting stronger, which leads to lower oil price and commodities price.

In my opinion, try to avoid companies that sell commodities. Banking and consumer industry can be one option to choose. Selective buying is necessary during this correction. The worse case will happen if Greece is defaulted, which will lead the market to below 3500 or even below 3300.

IPOL 17 June 2011 for 20 June 2011

Pada tanggal 25 Mei 2011, IPOL memberikan indikasi beli yang cukup kuat. MACD menembus center line dengan stochastic meningkat. Harga juga berhasil tutup di atas SMA20. Level stop loss pada saat itu adalah 195. Keesokan harinya harga berhasil naik. Yang agak disayangkan adalah volume nya berkurang hamper setengah.

Chart CMNP di atas memberikan sinyal beli yang cukup kuat di harga 1150. Pada saat itu, MACD menunjukkan peningkatan beserta dengan peningkatan di Stochastic. Menariknya lagi harga berhasil tutup di atas SMA 20. Yang patut di perhatikan adalah MACD telah tidur selama beberapa minggu. Semakin panjang MACD tidur, semakin kuat tenaga yang dihasilkan untung melakukan uptrend.
